Ike is headed our way! We have decided to stay and weather the storms, so I will try and keep all informed as long as we have electricity. We have boarded the house and cleared all the vintage junk from the back yard.
There are seven of us, Jim and I, Lisha, Tedra, my Mom, Frances, my brother and his friend, Jeff and Andre'. Six little furbabies and one guinea pig. And some of us have already "hunkered down" 
All is calm now but the winds should get pretty wild. I will keep you posted on our Hurricane Party so stay tuned.

So glad to see you posted...keep your eye on Tedra, she might try to sneak out of the house on you. You know she can not stay cooped up too long. I am sure Jim Ponder is fixing some great food over there. Much Love!

Love you...although I don't want to be in a hurricane, I sure I wish I was there to hang out for the hurricane party :)
